No box gets touched until we have priced the job. A supervisor walks the home with you, takes notes on square footage and volume, then quotes it up front. That visit is also your chance to raise every question you have. Discretion matters to Texas families, so our vehicles stay blank and our crews wear plain clothing. On the day of the job we haul off trash, dead items, and anything unsafe. Since that is normally mixed with things you care about, we sort as we work rather than dumping it all.
Usable belongings are boxed up and delivered to a nearby donation center. Hazardous chemicals, sharps, appliances and old electronics go out through the disposal channels the state requires, with the paperwork to match.
